CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS
Legendary Myanmar acts as intermediary between
hotels, airline and all transport, we will always try to
minimize any cancellation fees to our clients. Company
operation and communication costs and direct charges which
may be levied by our local providers such as hotels,
airlines, etc. Will normally be charged to the client. We do
recommend that our clients carry adequate travel insurance
which cover costs in case a cancellation charge is required.
During peak season of tour ,there may be special
cancellation fees. so please inquire when booking. After
commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part,
will be given for unused services included in the program.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Upon confirmation of a reservation , require a
deposit to settle to Legendary Myanmar to secure all travel
services. Normally the balance of the tour price should be
paid at least 30 days in advance unless other arrangements
are agreed when booking is confirmed. For special groups or
for services during certain peak periods normal deposit fees
may be increased by our Providers. Please inquire upon
booking. Insurance
We highly recommend personal travel insurance.
Traveler should seek advice from their doctor regarding
relevant medication and necessities for travel to Myanmar.
Liability
Legendary Myanmar Travel & Art A La Carte Co.,
Ltd. acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines
,Hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices
providing the services.
We can not be held responsible for any direct or indirect
damage to body or property that can happen during the tour
or as a result of it’s cancellation or changes for whatever
they might be, resulting for reasons beyond our control,
including injury, accident, theft, loss of documents, and
will be borne by the participant to their sole
responsibility.
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents,
natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be
borne by the tourists. Changes in the tour routes may occur
due weather or any un foreseen reasons.
